When ICO?
ICO will be in August, 2018. The exact dates will be announced soon.(Update: ICO is live now). The ICO will be on our own exchange TowerX
The benefits of holding TBE is given below:
1.Trading Fee Discount
The default trading fee for trading on TowerX is 0.10%. This will be reduced to 0.05% in case you have sufficient amount of TBE in your account.
2. Reward program for eligible TBE holders
Important Note: TBE is a utility token and the token holders have no ownership in the TowerBee company. There is no promise of any type of dividend and there is no guarantee of any type of return on investment.
This reward program will be known as Honey Bee Reward Program. Participants of this program will have the opportunity to buy TBE at a heavily discounted rate. Some amount of TBE will become a part of the reward program which will benefit the eligible members of the community on daily basis. The amount of TBE allocated for this program will be replenished when it gets exhausted.
Participants of Honey Bee Reward Program will have the opportunity to buy TBE at a heavily discounted rate.
Participation in this reward program is optional. If you do not want to be a part of this reward program you can inform us to exclude you from this program. By default everyone is included in the reward program if they meet the conditions given below.
You need to have the minimum amount of TBE in your account to be eligible to be a part of the program and to get an opportunity to buy TBE at a discounted rate. This is done proportionately, meaning, the more TBE you hold, higher the amount of TBE that you can buy at a discounted rate. The maximum amount of TBE that you can buy at discounted rate will depend upon the amount of TBE that you have in “Available Balance” on TowerX . The opportunity to buy TBE tokens at discounted rate will be given only to eligible holders of TBE.
A 0.10% fee will be charged on the rewards that you will receive. You are given the opportunity to buy TBE at a heavily discounted rate by making a payment. The TBE will be credited to your account after deducting the aforesaid fee.

We would like to clarify that TBE is a utility token and not a security token. Holding TBE tokens do not represent an ownership or voting rights in the TowerBee company. The previous paragraph that mentions about the reward program is only applicable to certain TBE holders who meet the criteria and not to all TBE holders. In other words, only those TBE holders who have the required minimum amount of TBE in “Available Balance” on TowerX are eligible. There is no guarantee or assurance of profit. This can be considered something similar to a program where company gives some benefit to it’s users having high velocity, for example: frequent flyer program.
TBE is a utility token. TBE tokens do not represent an ownership or voting rights in TowerBee company. There is no guarantee or assurance of profit.
3. Referral Bonus
You can refer others to join TowerX using your unique referral code. The referral code will be visible after you register on TowerX website. You will receive 20% of the fees collected by TowerX for the trading done by your referrals. This 20% will be sent to your account instantly as soon as fee is collected by TowerX.

ICO is live now and ends on 22 September 2018.

To be 100% sure of getting TBE tokens try to be in the first 30% of the users to place buy orders.
(Short Description: In case total quantity of buy orders are more than the total quantity of available TBE (i.e. Hard cap exceeded), first 30% orders will be allotted TBE first. After that remaining users will be allotted TBE on random basis with everyone having an equal chance of getting TBE. Read more details here)

Process to participate in ICO

There are 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Register at TowerX.co
Step 2: Deposit ETH to your account at TowerX
Step 3: Place buy orders for TBE

Steps explained in detail

Step 1: Register at TowerX.co
Go to website TowerX.co
Click on “Register” link. Fill in the required details and click “Sign Up”.
An email containing security code will be sent to your email id. Enter the security code to complete the registration process.
Step 2: Deposit ETH to your account at TowerX
Login to your account at TowerX.
Go to Funds → Balances as shown in below image. You will see the list of various tokens on this page.
Click on the “Deposit” link of the Ethereum (ETH).
You will see the deposit address where you need to send your ETH. You can send ETH from your private wallet like MyEtherWallet, Meta Mask etc or from any exchange like Binance, OKEx. HitBTC etc.
Your ETH deposit will appear in your account at TowerX in approximately 10 minutes after the transaction is confirmed on the network.
Step 3: Place buy orders for TBE
Go to the trading page and place buy orders for TBE at the fixed rate of 1 ETH = 8000 TBE. This is the final step.

What happens next?

Wait for the ICO to be over on September 22, 2018. The TBE tokens will be allocated to you and will be visible in your TBE balance.
In case hard cap is exceeded, i.e. amount of buy orders is more than available TBE, the first 30% buy orders will be allocated TBE. The remaining participants will be allocated TBE on random basis using the lottery system.
Try to be in the first 30% to place buy orders to be 100% sure of getting TBE tokens.
In case, hard cap is not reached, everyone who placed buy orders will be allocated TBE tokens and any remaining quantity of TBE will be burned.

  1. Graph: The graph that you will see on trading page do not contain real data as trading is yet to start. So, do not get confused with the graph. Once trading begins, the graph will reflect the actual data.
2. Google 2-Factor Authentication: We recommend you to enable 2FA in your account for improved security. The setting can be found under My Account → Settings
